Kade had another art class on Tuesday and I was so proud of his technique. They used easels to paint a rather large canvas and Kade took to the brush like a pro. He loved mixing the colors so the whole thing ended up a rather unattractive shade of brown, but it is still a precious work of art. I flipped the paper upside down in the middle of his painting so he could reach the top half and he got very upset – I guess I screwed up the “composition.”
We drove into Sandusky Tuesday afternoon and Kade is staying here through the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Kraus. I’m sure they’ll keep him very busy. We went to Cedar Point this morning to get our passes, and Kade had a blast. Once I’m back in Cleveland I’ll post some pics. He rode every ride in Kiddie Land and threw a fit when it was time to go. He’s going to love going back there all summer. It’s the one perk about being from Sandusky.
