Liv had her 6 month check-up and she is 16 pounds, 24 inches, and the proud owner of 4 pinholes in her chubby thighs. She’s such a trooper though, and recovered beautifully.
Those stats put her at about the same size Kade was at 3 months, which explains why I still consider her my little baby. Here is evidence of her newest skill…sitting up. She is quite the explorer now, and it’s increasingly difficult to get Kade to understand that he has to keep his toys out of her reach.
The doctor gave me that look when I told him she still doesn’t sleep through the night, and he suggested I get this book to help with the process. The ever-present student in me rushed to the bookstore afterwards so I can get my gold star at her next visit. Evidently, this book is supposed to help with parent sleep as well. I’m reading that section first…
