As Heidi said, I've been going to Baha Arafa for years and he helped to save my life when I wasn't sure I would make it. However, when I tried to get Mark in to see him, I was told that he didn't take Diabetics and we were given a female doctor ( don't remember the name?) We were pleased with the thorough exam he received. Try University Hospitals Division f Clinical & Molecular Endocrinology 216-844-3148. Good luck

Bummer Erika. Why can doctors/offices be such asses? Excuse my french. I understand circumstances but have they ever heard of communication?! Grr...

I saw Jeanne above goes to Baha Arafah...that's who my mom's been going to for 14+ years also (thyroid). I can't say one way or the other but she's never changed her dr. (good sign, right?) I'm sure she'd give a thumbs up or down if I'd ask...I'll send her your way.

Have seen Baha Arafah, M.D. at UH for 12 years. I highly recommend him.
