Kate - Euclid Creek is right by my house, but there's so much traffic driving through there that it doesn't really feel like an escape to nature. Maybe I need to take a trip out to North Chagrin...

Naomi = Don't worry about not running outside. You are going to be so psyched to finally run your race that you probably won't even notice the difference. I can't promise you won't be sore afterwards though...the pavement can be rather brutal. I'm so excited for you...that course is awesome and it's a well-organized, fun, and well supported race. Best of luck!

I haven't been able to run outside yet ... yikes. Am I going to regret this, come the Akron 1/2 on the 27th? I just have SUCH a hard time getting outside!

Glad you had a great run today!

Hey - I work at the Clinic so consider yourself invited to the Lyndhurst Campus anytime! :)

Since training for my walk I am SO sick of Shaker and Cleveland Heights. If I don't go down any of those streets again for a long time I'll be fine with that. I liked all the things you mentioned but sometimes I just had to drive a little bit away to get some new scenery and keep my motivation up.

Good luck with the rest of your training!
